Good sharp knife
Works great for what I needed. I wanted a knife to cut bacon, brisket, and samgyupsal. It is good sharp and nice and thin and long for cutting thin slices. I'm able to slice back by hand and get decently even and thin slices without the need for a large slicer.

Gave this to daughter for thanksgiving it did a great job carving the turkey.

Star Wars here we come!
Holey moley, this thang is huge!! Don't get me wrong, as it is a good knife. However, we simply had no idea that it was soooo looong! We have to store it on a pantry shelf, as none of our kitchen drawers can accommodate it. Definitely a man's tool. LAC

Perfect for melons
Perfect for melons!!! This is almost the exact knife I use as a fresh fruit cutter in a grocery store. Knife is perfect length for slicing through watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple. Pair it with cut resistant gloves

Great value, came Sharp, stayed Sharp
I just love buying kitchen tools at a great value price. The knife came sharp and has stayed sharp. I only pass it across a honing rod, but so far no sharpening has been needed on this blade. Well balanced and the blade guard/cover is an added bonus.

Disappointed with the quality
I wasn’t very impressed with the BOLEXINO 12 Inch Carving Slicing Knife. While it initially seemed sharp, it lost its edge rather quickly after the first use. I was hoping for better performance, especially for a premium knife. It did the job, but I expected it to stay sharp longer. Not the best choice if you’re looking for long-lasting sharpness.

Great knife for the price
This knife works perfectly and it very sharp. Only one I could find that comes with a proper knife guard to protect both the blade and my hands.
