Perfect product. I now have a dog hair free couch.
One zap was all it took. Put this on a brand new couch. Both dogs tried it just once, and they were convinced. It's been a week and they won't even try again. My wife has been zapped more than the dogs, she forgets it's there. Well worth the money.

Not worth the price.
I bought 3 of these training mats in succession, trying to find one that worked consistently. The module that controls the functions of the mat is tricky to work - and it worked part-time, at best. If u r going to use a training tool like this, pay the extra $$ for a good one.

Stopped working after a month
The 9 V battery only worked for a few days and it displayed Low Battery. I put another one and the same thing happened - both batteries were brand new.
