Perfect for that morning wake up call!
Been looking for the perfect wake me up coffee for a while. This is the one for me! If you like your morning caffeine content high and are not too worried about the fancy Arabica flavour profile, this will be the one for you too. I sometimes mix with some more flavoursome Arabica, if I feel like a break.

Straying too much into bitterness
I'm a confirmed strength 5 coffee drinker. 4 is acceptable sometimes, 3 is for softies. There is however a fine line in the roasting - go beyond that and the bitterness and burnt flavour takes over. This has crossed the boundary. I make my coffee in an Aeropress and drink it fairly short (not quite espresso volume but way off being an Americano), and usually add the tiniest quantity - ¼tsp or even less - of sugar. Here I need to add nearly a full tsp to make it something I can drink without wincing a little. It does pack quite a punch in its caffeine content though - you can really feel the hit.
