good book to supplement cooking meals and food on the griddle, wish it was a little bigger with more receipes

Good recipies

i just got my 36" griddle, i have already cooked a couple of recipes, neighbor came with some red fish on the half shell which is one side with scales on, cooked 6 and it came out better then seasoned grillers expected. also what sold me was i'm from la. and i shopped local with this book.

Good recipes but would have liked more tips and techniques. I am new to griddle cooking . I don't know what medium heat means . I have a surface thermometer and would like to know the actual temp .

This book provides good information for the novice griddle chef and has some good recipes as well.

Many simple recipes specifically written for the griddle. This book also contained tips and hints which were helpful since owning and using a griddle is new to me.

Not many recipes and very few pictures

we just purchased a grille top griddle and this sure is a must to have! a very different and enjoyable way of cooking..
