I had a problem with the first fan. It was very noisy after a few months it got worse. I complained to the seller and they sent me the newest fan to replace the old one. The new one(Model ATF-011l) is awesome. Very little noise and moves a great amount of air. Great options and remote works well. Got it today and enjoying it. Great customer service. They kept me up to date on what was happening with shipping and they came through for me. Kudos to the seller. Well done. Thanks

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this fan performed given its low cost. It does as well as tower fans that cost twice as much.I like the fact that it is light weight, yet sturdy. The control panel is on the top, and is easy to use. However, it also has a remote, which is great because I use it while I’m on my exercise bike. The 3 speeds of airflow are great. It’s also nice that it’s quiet running. All in all, this is a great tower fan for the money.

This fan is great. It’s quiet. It cools the room. It’s not bulk. Easy to move. Only thing I do not like is the blue light. I like it dark when I sleep and the blue light illuminates so bright that I don’t need to turn on the light to find anything at night. It sucks when you turn and the light catches your eyes. Remind me of sun rise and wakes me up everytime. So I’ve reverted to covering it with electric tape. Otherwise great purchase. The fan stays on low and it still keeps us cooler than when I have the AC on.

We bought this fan less than two years ago (a year and a half ago) and it just randomly stopped working. It will turn on but it will not blow any air. It didn’t fall or anything, it just stopped working. Not worth it to only work for a year and a half!

Once and a while there's a high pitched sound but it's easy to ignore and it doesn't last for long periods of time other than that it's wonderful

As they say "you get what you pay for" well this was cheap and now that I have it I know why it's cheap. The reason why I bought this fan was my Ozeri Ultra 42” tower fan went out after lasting me 5 years and it was a tall enough tower fan to reach me sitting or laying on my bed, but this cheap teeny tiny fan in order to reach my body and face I have to put it on top of a table because this thing is so short that if I left it on the floor the only thing that would get fanned would be under my bed. Yes I know the price being so low I should have known, yes I should have and they got me this time, but they will never get me again. I'm going to order another Ozeri Ultra 42” tower fan & this teeny tiny small fan I will use it as a secondary table fan because it is definitely not a true floor tower fan this thing is so tiny & short to call this a tower fan is extremely stretching it. Do not be fooled by the pictures making it look like a regular sized tower fan because it is not. Besides it's size it runs pretty good but it is really lite and cheaply made. It is so cheaply made that when they shipped it they put tape on the seams on the left of it and the right of it to keep it together while shipping. this thing is made very cheaply. my Ozeri Ultra 42” tower fan I bought in 2016 & it lasted til 2021 & the construction and quality of that fan was solid, well made and quality you could feel in your hands when you touched it. I would not ever recommend this fan & I would never purchase it again or any fan from this company.

It's a very decent fan for the price.light but sturdy,Easy to setup, easy to use. the small remote control is great which is very convenient to use it . I'm working from home now ,my working room doesn't have air conditioning, this tower fan is perfect for small place. the wind noise doesn't bother me ,even in a meeting.

I received this fan in great condition. It is super easy to assemble, just need to add a stand to the tower. In my first use, no strange smell came out, sound is not loud, and the cooling functionality is very good. The control panel is straightforward to use and there is a remote in addition. SO FAR SO GOOD! I would definitely recommend this cooling machine!
