Decided to buy the new budget Google Nest based on customer reviews and so far is exceeding expectations - interface is simple to use and the product is really good! Would be great if Google adds more features in the near future. Really recommended!

Only one fan speed
Careful, it says 'smart', but you can't even change the fan speed. It's not precised on this product, it's unacceptable.

Beware of installation company. Product is fine but not compatible with all UAE A/C specs
Bought it with Amazon installation service. New Era Maintenance came and inspect and confirmed it is not a direct plug and play. Had to buy an adaptor from them that cost AED 1000 each. 5 hours into installtion, they discouvered outside unit has DC inverter not AC. anyway, it was a failed attempt and had to return it. Edit: after 10 days. New Era Maintainace hasn't refunded and doesn't reply.

DİKKAT! Türkiyedeki kombilerle uyumlu değil!
Olurda benim gibi Türkiye'den sipariş edenler için yazıyorum bu ürün şu an sadece U.S deki sistemlerle uyumlu. EU ve TR için heat link adında kombiye bağlanan bir sisteme ihtiyaç var GEN 3 ürününde olduğu gibi. Bu üründe heat link çıkmadığı için bizdeki sistemlerde çalışmıyor.

DO NOT BUY for UK installation - will not work here
I ordered two colours of this item to control my underfloor heating - the official Nest Installer told me on arrival these are *unusable in the UK* as no heating system here uses 12V connections. IMO these should not be offered for sale on Amazon UK as cannot ever be used in the domestic market. Both items refunded by Seller / Amazon without issue despite returning with opened boxes / no cellophane etc, so no complaints there, but don't make my same mistake.

Great smart thermostat
I’ve been extremely happy with my Nest thermostat so far. The setup was straightforward, and the app makes it really convenient to control the temperature from anywhere. One of my favorite features is how it learns your schedule over time and automatically adjusts to keep the house comfortable without constantly needing manual changes. I also noticed it helps keep the temperature much more consistent throughout the day, and it gives me peace of mind being able to check and adjust everything remotely when I’m away from home. The energy usage reports are a nice bonus too because they help you understand how to save on electricity without sacrificing comfort. Overall, it feels like one of those smart home upgrades that actually makes everyday life easier. Clean design, reliable performance, and worth the investment.

Magnífico termostato con acceso a wifi
Este producto es una maravilla. Puedo prender, apagar y cambiar la temperatura de la refrigeración central desde mi celular. Puedo prenderlo desde que salgo del trabajo a la hora de comida y cuando llego a casa, ya esta a una temperatura agradable. Muy recomendable.
