No, the wall, flooring and tray are made to fit precisely with groove preset for the tray. Each wall is one piece the roof is one piece. Special fasteners that go in Roof and Flooring are used to stabilize the walls. The Only thing that has options is the food tray.

Yes, the roof lifts off. This has been the Best Buy! It is still in excellent condition. I keep it on my porch, and my dachshund loves it, as well.
