Okay, so I got these for Christmas and my mom was super happy to get me something I wanted. I am an adult and typically buy my own things but my old razor headset was starting to fall apart. She found out and got me this headset. I open it on Christmas and its the AL3000 in a open box, with no packaging and clearly opened. So I had to return the product through Amazon, and since it was a gift, it ended up being a massive hassle. I eventually did get the right headset and it is amazing. Super comfortable for hours, automatically adjust to your head, sound is right, my voice sounds very accurate, and the 3 year warranty is nice. I would recommend if you get the actual headset.
