My doctor told me to get some of this tea. I ordered a small bag to see if it was something that I would do, COULD drink etc. Everything I've read says to sip during the day. I do not care for it hot but I found I really enjoy it cold. So it's been really easy to drink every day. I prefer to add a little stevia to it and a small amount of lime juice and pour over ice. Delish!

Bought this tea as it was recommended to aid lymphatic drainage. Tea has a peppery licorice taste to it, not terrible. I noticed

Just what I ordered . It taste great and it is good quality. It does help my inflammation but Very small bag. I would reorder , but for the price and quantity, I will make myself .

I absolutely love this tea! I was a bit afraid to try it because of the thought of cumin, coriander and fennel all together as a taste, but WOW! The stuff is amazing. The smell is amazing, you don't really even need a sweetner for it (although I do add a teaspoon of honey!) and I have already bought more. It seems to have also helped aid in digestion, but I'm okay if that part is all in my head. The taste is good enough to keep drinking it!

I found the tea too strong and bitter for me, even after remaking the tea 50% weaker--twice. Yes, I can add a sweetener, but I don't enjoy sweet tea at all. I'm totally sure the health benefits are definite, which is why I'm so disappointed this wasn't for me.
