What are the actual dimensions of a medium shirt? Shoulder seam to bottom hem and sleeve length from shoulder seam? Same measurements for each color?

Hey Sparky, it's a frickin tee-shirt. Just order like you were at JCPenny's or Wally World, you know it's gonna shrink after you wash it. The item is great for shock value when you go to the school nurses office.

my nephew has a large scar on left side, is the bloodstain on your right or left side on the tee shirt?

The blood stain is on the right side of the shirt. When I wear it, people ask me if I'm OK. I point to the I'm Fine message and say "I'm Fine"

What size for 13 yr old boy 120lbs 5' 4"

I bought one for my son. I bought a large. He is 6’1” and weighs about 175. I would recommend a medium

Yes it is. It runs normal for US sizes.
