GOOD DEAL

I bought this last August 2020. The first one arrived with shipping damage and was returned. It’s replacement came and was installed in my new grill island. Because of delays in construction, the island wasn’t completed until it was too cold to grill outside. Now I’m grilling and find that the side burner valve/igniter won’t work. Bull is honoring the warranty but want about $19 to ship me a new valve. I’m to install this myself which is do-able but $19 to ship a piece that was broken from the start?I spent a lot of money to avoid problems like this. Should I have gone down to Lowe’s and saved myself a lot of money?

I was expecting much more for the price paid. It looks cheap made and light weight. Most importantly, it's missing the valve regulator. I would not recommend this item to anyone.

Product appears solid but has issues with leakage. Had to replace the first one since it arrived damaged. Second time the valve was leaking and we could smell the gas despite following the instructions. The seller may also charge you a restocking fee which surprised me since the product did not meet my expectations for safety
