Can this be bent over double

Bent? Why not just stack it. It's pretty thick, I believe the thickness is in the Q&A (I asked). I use it for radiator protection. You can always get a tighter pattern for a very small opening

Will the 11x25mm be enough to do the whole front end of a 2015 gt350 mustang bumper ?

I’m not sure but it did cover all behind my grill on a 2005 Chevy Tahoe (even had to cut some off)

rolled mesh is rubbish

If you want a flat finish you won’t get it, all wavy and that makes it very cheap looking. Finish of several spots is not perfect from the press. Very expensive for what you get and if a show car don’t bother.
