Will this work for glock 43x?

Yes, it is a Universal Kit that fits calibers listed. I have a Taurus 3Gc 9mm automatic and it worked great to clean it.

Is this made or assembled in the U.S.A?..

I don't know. Nowhere does it say where it's made. the case or any components say where they originated from. But still seems to be a pretty nice kit. case seems to be nice and sturdy. the jags and brass rods seem to be machined well.

Can this be used with 25 Cal?

The kit comes with 22 attachments so I believe it could be used on a range of calibers. The bores are a little on the larger side so it should work for a standard, in good shape weapon. It’s a great price though, and it’s very well made and sturdy.

Does this kit come as advertised?

Yes. This kit is pretty slim and comes as advertised. The lube bottle does leak though.
