An Exhaustive, Yet Concise Guideline
I've been listening to Coach for a couple of years now. I agree with him in some cases, but I disagree with him in others. That's the way it is.What I liked about the book is that is had some simple, obvious guidelines for men to consider incorporating into their own lives. Nothing in this book was meant to be rocket science. It was supposed to be a reminder of things you may have forgotten, lessons that were simply overlooked ergo never taught to you, or ideas for you to consume so that you can learn (because let's face it, some things cannot be taught). The ultimate objective that this author wants for the readers to achieve is PQF. Start appreciating yourself by demonstrating self-respect. Work hard so you build a sense of pride. Sharpen your mind so you can be more decisive. Don't go chasing gratuitous and hedonistic vices. Build a life that gives you some time to enjoy life.Be respectful towards yourself and as the saying goes, you are what you attract, and you will attract respectful people into your life. Some minor things I disliked about the book: small grammar, spelling, and punctuation mistakes; and some of the sentence structures could use some improvement. Fortunately, these small mistakes do not take away from the book's overall message.

Must read!
The advice is golden. A lot of guys don't hear this growing up. I was going to rate less stars only cause if you watch his youtube channel then you basically read this book. However unlike his youtube videos reading this book will take less time. So its up to you. Not everything in this book should be followed in my opinion. Some of this will make you challenge your morals or possibly your religion.

Good advice for young adults just starting out...
Overall, the book offers good advice for anyone just starting out in life to place value in themselves first, to look for opportunities and don't settle - for love, for a career, for anything. Having been walked all over in my life, I understand the importance of setting and keeping boundaries. While some of this book does come across as a bit extreme, I've also seen friends deal with situations like those recounted in the book. And with the current trends in society, any person willing to maximize their abilities needs to read this to help feed their drive, protect what they've achieved and open their eyes to the potential of remaining focused on their goals and ambitions.

Everyone needs to read this book also hey coach we need an update
This is book is more of a guide book to navigate through life. Times have changed for good and for worse. The book is more centric on the men preferably the young men of the world. However the advise is unilateral both genders can use it. The take away from this guide book is to live your freely, fulfilling, and truthful. You really only have one life and it is yours to do with, but please don't put anyone above you. God made a man and woman. We are second to god and truly equal in the sense of power. So why should you give your power, time, sanity to others who will just cast it aside. This book is a wonderful read but I hope an update is in the works. A lot and I mean a lot has happen since the release of this guide book. I do appreciate you couch. I'm a practicing free agent myself. Once I got right with God I got right with myself and now I'm going to live a righteous life. I praise my father of the most high and I salute you couch, and you wonderful ladies and gentlemen.

A guide to sanity
This book is not about becoming a misogynist, but about not letting your libido direct the course of your life - especially as in recent decades times have changed in the dating and relationship world. Go out on any Saturday night and you might well think that you do not notice any difference: young couples are still walking around hand in hand. True, but later on many of those budding relationships will end in acrimony in the divorce courts, as never before. What we have now is social-media validation, feminism, misandry and gynocentric family courts, and hitherto unknown levels of female entitlement and expectation. That being the case, it is now become too much of a gamble for a man to commit himself to marriage or any long-term relationship any more. This book is about showing men how to focus on themselves and not make women the centre of their attention. Men are in general, the author states, far more resourceful than women and, therefore, should have little trouble in going their own way, and will indeed flourish. He is not saying men should eschew relationships with women; he is saying they should never commit to them - it is too risky. He discusses from his own experience how men can wean themselves off chasing women and concentrate their energy on improving themselves and their lives. (Coach) Greg Adams adopts a no-nonsense approach in helping men to reach "Peace, Quiet and Freedom", which, I am sure, some will say is selfish. The adjective I would use is "realistic". The people who will most benefit from this book are young men about to navigate the dangerous waters of modern-day relationships. It might not 'red pill' you but it might save you a lot of trouble in the future.

A saviour for men
Well written and at a good pace, makes great points and does not get too wordy. Excellent pace and each chapter feels the right length without being to long. Once I started I just read it to the end and it took several hours. The kindle e version you can highlight along the way. As Coach Greg Adams has one of the best YouTube channels out there his personality shines through the written text. I also bought a gifted a book for a married male friend of mine to help him along too. Gift one copy if you can of the book if it helps you. Help other men and spread the free agent lifestyle

Highway code for operating as a man in the modern world
Coach lays out new paradigm for a man in 21 century. Unlike many so called mgtow preachers he does not spiral into dark and hateful blaming but offers practical and upbeat advice. Advice which if applied with commitment for 1-3 yrs will see you soar in many areas of your life.Treat this like a compedium of wisdom passed down from older uncle and adjust as needed to the ever changing realities of the world we live in.I would give it 6 stars simply because it can have profound impact yet was only kept as long as necessary and not a page is wasted or used as a filling.Buy it, apply it, come back leave a review and help spread this message!
