Very nice travel bottle
This is my second Takeya bottle, I also own the water bottle. I love it. When the lock is on, it will not leak. I add little bit of fiber powder to my coffee, slide the lock and shake it with no problems. In all honestly, I dont think it will keep beverages hot for 12 hours but it does keep my coffee nice warm drinkable temperature. I also like the carrying ring on top.

Fragile
Absolutley pathetic. Avoid at all costs. I was very happy with the look and use of this thermos however it dropped once from a standard office desk when empty and the latch broke off and now cannot be closed. This is a poor design flaw and would usually expect better from TAKEYA as their water bottles are awesome and indistrucable.

easy open and keeps drinks very cold for a long time
a well-designed bottle which is easy to open with one hand. the drinking spout is also well designed for the right flow of liquid.
