The shower cover is awesome!!! It is so easy to use and your PICC line area it covers will NOT get wet. The arm seals lie flat on your arm and are a good 1 inch long. As another reviewer stated on how to apply it to your arm; Slide the small end on your arm first then roll over the larger end to avoid having to pull it over your lines. It doesn't matter which side it is out or in. Release the air from the small end with your arm bent and you are set. There are no more restrictions while taking a shower, bend your arm as needed easily.

The cover is soft, comfortable, and works well for my PICC line. Having instructions would be helpful though, as one end has an elastic band, the other doesn't. I initially used it with the elastic band closest to my armpit, but that proved too tight. I reversed it with the elastic band towards my hand and it was more comfortable. The measurement chart is a little off. I chose one size larger than the chart recommendation and it fit well. If I had chosen the recommended chart size, the sleeve would have been too tight. Of course, every person's anatomy is different, so others might find the recommended size a good fit.

Ordered the large…ouch! So tight couldn’t get it over the PICC.

There is "elastic" at the inside top of the sleeve. Stretched about 1 inch maximum. It is extremely tight. Their measurements do not add up.

Ok at first I was like these are ugly. And tight. But the elastic gives a bit to become comfortable after a few uses. They are not pretty at all. But are very comfortable. And breathable. They do not compress the area which can become a problem. I use them at home for an everyday use. The meterial is smooth. So it is comfortable on the skin. And I am not left with constantly adjusting them. I even forget that that PICC is on my arm. I would not wear them out though. Because they are not pretty. Except when the weather requires long sleeves. (I also match my PICC covers to my clothes.) I have a PICC since February 2020. And have tried numerous brands. And this and 1 other are my top picks. All the others have left me with irritated skin, tight fits, having pulls in the meterial, fraying, little balls forming on the meterial and down right annoyance. The 1 thing I would want changed about these is if they can be slightly longer. Because I roll the clave into the end of the cover to keep my line from hanging. And it causes the end to be in my elbow bend. It would be nice to add an inch to the cover. I infuse 12 hours a day. So that is not a constant problem. But it would still be nice. Thank you Guys. So, I like that the sleeve is cool to the touch and allows good airflow to my arm. It is long enough to cover the PICC line. It beats using the tube portion of a sock as a makeshift PICC line sleeve. The one thing I didn’t like was how tight the sleeve was on my bicep. I measured my bicep to determine the right size, but when I put it on it was tight. However not tight enough to cut off circulation. At rest, it was fine; but when I took the dogs out for a walk I felt the constriction and pressure from the tight sleeve, perhaps due to the increased activity. I wish I had sized up. This is otherwise a good sleeve.

Top pour moi, mais prendre une taille au-dessus comme cité dans beaucoup de commentaires. J’ai pris un M qui correspondait au tableau selon mes mesures & un XL. C’est le XL qui me va & j’ai retourné le M. Matière très agréable à porter, respirante. Tient bien en place avec l’auto fixant sur la partie supérieure. Le manchon ne bouge pas à l’habillage, ni la nuit pendant le sommeil. Un petit peu plus de longueur, genre 10cm aurait été l’idéal pour ne pas s’échapper de temps en temps de l’avant-bras vers le coude avec un Picc Line. Mais vraiment celui qui me convient le mieux parmi les différents testés sur le marché…
