pleasant soy sauce
i don't have any expertise with specialty soy sauces like this one.....let me say that its nothing like any western soy sauce that you can buy at the supermarket.....this is a delicate soy sauce with a complex flavor....if you have had 2 beers and you are going to eat some fast food chicken fried rice from the takeout joint then don't waste your money on this soy sauce, any old soy sauce will do.............but if you have a choice piece of moist fresh salmon steak pan fried to perfection served on a bed of properly cooked and blossomed plain white rice served with tea then this soy sauce is probably the best possible accompaniment

Well packed, Great product.
Was abit concerned with shipping glass bottles. But was packed extreamely well and got to our rural home just fine. The soy sauce itself... Bar none the best you will find imho for the $ and depth of flavor. If you like Soy but are turned off by the “Salty” aftertaste of other ones this is the sauce for you, lots of depth of flavor.. and yes Salty... But it doesn’t Taste like saltwater. Obviously I liked the first bottle I tried... This double pack may last my family 6 months... but the flavor it imparts I find using it in other dishes vs just salt. So may not last so long.
