Good for high intensity workouts? Boot camp? Cardio? Any riding up the front at all?

Yes , no ride up . Good and comfortable coverage.

Do these run small or big?

True to size but super stretchy. I was hoping to have some type of support because I’m a mom with a pouch but it didn’t provide any. Also it don’t cover my whole private area either so it hangs out the sides. I’m sad

Do these run small or big? I am 28 inch waist.

They are true to size snd very comfortable. I’d get a med. they’ll fit you .
