Shell Advance AX5 10W-30 API SL JASO MB Premium Mineral Scooter Engine Oil (800 ml)

I ride my Activa mostly on highways. I maintain the speed of 40-50 kmph. On using regular Castrol engine oil, I got maximum mileage of 55 kmpl. But after using Shell engine oil the maximum mileage that I was able to extract was 58 kmpl. The mileage has increased by 3 kmpl after using the Shell engine oil.

I think good milage and performance is good.

I bought this product (800ml pack size) for sample testing. After quality testing in my laboratory I notice , it has a very good Viscosity Index, which is very important for lubrication & performance . And other specifications are also good. Overall good product.

Used it in my TVS Streak 2010 which already had gone through engine reboring. It used to burn oil (Mobil, Castrol) so I tried this cheap oil. Initially it also produced visible white smoke which made me worry. But after some 70-100 km, the smoke stopped and never came back. I have used the vehicle for almost 1100km now and the oil level is still within range. Sometimes cheap things work better than expensive ones!!!

Received the product in good condition and as promised. After replacing the Activa engine oil with shell it is very smooth and the engine starts with just one click of button. Really smooth. Need to see how long it will last. Came with 800ml and for Activa only 700 to 750 ml is required. Still some oil is left in the can. Comes with long tubular cap which is easy to fill in the engine oil thru inlet.

Quality was good but price was almost same as MRP though it was mentioned at discounted price
