Hearty flavor
This is very fine sweet and robust. I use it to add a grain to my low carb breads. I use 1/2 cup to 1 cup in my 3 1/2 cup recipes. It adds structure,gluten,color and flavor.

Exceptional quality
Exceptional flour quality and taste. Next time I might order dark rye to combine with this but overall very good taste. The dough rose as I would have expected resulting in a pleasant texture loaf. Conveniently delivered on time as you can’t find rye flour in the markets.

Works good to feed my starter culture and add flavor to my sourdoughs
I like to feed my starter culture a variety of complex wheats with some of the bran and germ still in the flour. This flour works great for that and it really helped liven up my starter culture for sourdough. I usually add about 50g of this to my sourdough boules and it helps add a little more flavor to the bread.

I like king Arthur flour always good. Use it in bread baking, like the rye. I feel it is worth the money.

Makes a good rye bread
Good quality. Rye is not too dark. Makes a good rye bread mixed with unbleached flour in the bread machine. I add some vital wheat gluten.
