Sport-Brella Premiere UPF 50+ Umbrella Shelter for Sun and Rain Protection (8-Foot)

I ordered the first umbrella and it came with holes, so I returned and exchanged it. The new one arrived today and this one also has holes in it. I ran some water on it and the water seeped right through. So much for the touting that the umbrella will shelter you from the rain. I guess Quality Control is not something that happens with this company. Will be returning this one as well and I'm not sure if I want to try a third one. I have a cheap Canadian Tire umbrella I bought last month and that one has no holes and it's waterproof. I think I'll stick with that one. Very disappointed.

I had it set up once inside the house, and then for about an hour outside on a rubberized playground surface. After it blew over in mild wind (on the rubber!) I noticed all these holes along the spokes. Sent it back immediately. The umbrella is heavy but not heavy enough to resist mild wind and therefore damages itself as the fabric is not good quality. I even noticed the bag was full of holes.

I LOVE the sportbrella! It makes camping soo much more comfortable! You set it up near the fire and it reflects the fires heat back at you, no more rotating to keep your back warm. It also blocks the wind and rain. It's big enough for 2 adults in chairs and a large dog bed behind. However this order came damaged and needs replacing. For some reason there is a 1 inch hole in the top of my new umbrella, so I'm kinda disappointed cause I wanted it for my family camping trip this weekend.

The umbrella looks sturdy, easy to carry and assemble. The delivery only took one week and the price was right but I got a Grey umbrella instead of Red, this was very disappointing and they didn't do a price adjustment. Their contact service is no were to be found and now I am stuck with something okay instead of great. When you order from them make sure to email them right away to confirm the colour so there won't be more mistakes in something so simple.

Great size and look, the tilt clip/lock broke in normal usage and based on the broken pieces this clip/lock is not as sturdy as it should be for the kind of loads it would be subject to. Color has faded after one summer but it was heavily used (mostly single position on my deck.)
