Will this product adhere to vinyl siding...(have brick underpinnining, builder used motor to seal the joint, but has cracked and come out).

Yes. Vinyl siding is an approved substrate per data sheet.

Is this product paintable ?

Polyurethane sealants are paintable once they are fully cured. Adhesion of the paint to the sealant should be evaluated through a site mockup to determine appropriateness of use. Additionally, for applications involving dynamically moving joints, it should be expected that the paint film will tear exposing the sealant below. For this reason, it is recommended that the sealant and the paint be of similar colors.

How does this compare to the Sikaflex concrete sealants?

I really don’t know as I only use the Tremco caulk. I use Tremco because it has a larger color selection for caulk.

Is this better than slab or dap?

It is definitely a higher pro quality sealant than DAP.
