Scent is very nice, but the pricing is a little high for the amount you get. The tin helps, but the lid only attached somewhat loosely with a slight click. I've decided to simply stick with higher quality soap bars that are glycerine or tallow based for a great scent selection and moisturizing finish. This is a good product for the traveler though and it saves you from having to go through a TSA 3-1-1 cream bag since it is a solid.

Since I pack lightly when I travel I wanted one less thing to put through TSA. I tried this shampoo thinking it'd be just OK. I actually really like it! For my hair, fine, and colored, it leaves it shiny and with enough body. I don't know how long it will last as I use it only when I travel. So far has been on about 3 weeks total of vacation and a lot is left. Be sure it dries out well before putting it away and don't let it just sit in the shower with water running on it. Could be used as body soap, also.

I find that liquid shampoo has a lot of additives that don't agree with my scalp -This shampoo bar works well since I still like to wash my hair, and not deal with scalp issues.The bar is easy to use and I find it lasts well over a month. Keep it dry is my only tip - the soap will get soft otherwise and you'll use too much if you rub a water-logged bar on your head.Scent is light & clean - works as expected order after order...

I feel like it cleans my hair well without drying it.Foams well too but I think my hair lasts less clean; feels a bit greasy on the second day.

I originally bought this for my travels, but I'm using it every day now. In fact, now I don't see the point of bulky bottles at all. Why pay for water? The little bar is much more environmentally friendly; but I do wish there were refills wrapped in paper. There's no need to buy another tin once you have one.
