Are these gluten free?

Mozart Kugeln are made with powdered nuts--generally hazels, pistachios and almonds. As well there is egg, sugar, butter and cocoa powder. I looked up all these ingredients and found them to be gluten free. The Mirabell brand does not list its ingredients on the wrapper but I suspect it's fair to assume the candies contain no grass origin flour--hence should be gluten free. Aha I looked up the confection on a Mirabell website and it reads as follows: Ingredients:Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa mass, vegetable fat (palm), Hazelnuts (9.5%), cocoa butter, whey powder (from milk), almonds (2.5%), invert sugar syrup, milk fat, lactose (from milk), fat-reduced cocoa powder, humectant (sorbitols), emulsifier (soya lecithin), pistachios, flavourings, stabilizer (invertase), whole milk . I find nothing that contains gluten!
