I got my delicious bottle of Pedro Ximenes Vinegar. Ready to use in some special dishes as it is great and very special. I really love its taste, more than other. Pedro Ximenes grape is something different. Great.

It taste like regular balsamic vinegar. Not worth $18.

I didn't buy this on Amazon, and don't recall where I got it. My bottle of Sweet Pedro Ximenez Vinegar is almost empty so I'm looking for more online. This vinegar combined with a fine olive oil, such as blood orange "O" olive oil, makes a terrific and simple salad dressing.
