First time user

First time user & I bought it because I am severely backed up (sorry if tmi), but after 24 hours of first using it the pills started to do its job. I'm on day 3 out of 10 & so far the pills are still working. I'm hoping by day 10 I'll lose some inches off my stomach area and on the scale (fingers crossed). I'm also taking apple cider vinegar pills so I'm sure I'll lose something between the two.
