Tiny kitchen here, but I bought this special pan for only eggs a couple of years ago. Then I read about an experiment by "experts" on best way to brown meat. Result was to use a non-stick pan. I started using it for browning meat for stews and pot roasts and for pan broiling steaks. I get outstanding results with less effort and no mess!The pan heats up well and is heavy enough to retain heat and brown fast.I've been careful not to abrade the surface. I wipe it out gently with with a soft paper towel and wash it by hand with a drop of detergent and my fingers. This takes less than a minute-- everything slides off. The pan is like new.This pan's versatility has made it essential in my kitchen.

Amazing! 100% perfect crepes every time! Easy to clean too.

I bought this crepe pan in Oct 2020. Since then I've used it everyday at least twice a day, sometimes more than that. Started with simple soap and warm water wash, wiped it and then started using it. I've used it initially on coils for first 8 months, always between medium-high heat and the same with gas stove. After I'm done using it, I always remove it from heat immediately on a colder side of the stove, thus avoiding unnecessary overheating. Another simple care is I never use water on it when it was hot. For cleaning it, simple tap water is best except when I used oil on it. For any oil cooking, normal dish soap and soft sponge was sufficient. I've cooked eggs, many sorts of flatbreads (used twice everyday for Indian flatbreads) and different types of crepes, pancakes, dosa and....many more! Never had any warping problem or any other problem. Great for both with and without oil cooking. I've never used it in oven so no idea about that. After putting it to rigorous use all these months, now my pan looks like this, little scratches and discoloration at some places. But it is working really fine, no issues with over heating or even heat distribution. If used reasonably with proper cleaning and with non-metal spatula, this pan is really really good! Might buy another one as a back up.

I just Love this Cuisinart 10-Inch Crepe Pan. I have made crepes for years and always wish I had a better pan or a crepe pan that is designed for crepes! Finally decided to try this Crepe Pan and so glad I did. The first crepes I made using this pan came out perfect, much better than any I had made previously on other types of pans. It maintains perfect heat throughout the pan which is a must and no issues whatsoever with sticking. The pan has a nice weight to it and the handle is perfect for holding onto and lifting. Overall, if you make crepes, you will want to try this pan. Highly recommend.

This is a pretty perfect crepe pan. With such a huge difference in pricing I was wondering why there was one with more stars for $100+ more. Before I spent the money on the really expensive one I thought I would try this and I have not been disappointed. This pan is perfectly light so you can add your batter in the middle and then pick it up to swirl is into a perfect crepe. I think the size of the crepes made were great and cleaning is very easy. I have also fried a few eggs on it and still cleans well.
