I really liked this case when it arrived. I followed instructions on care and handling. Not sure what happened but the top of the screen busted. I'm guessing when opening the case to clean out lint. The GOOD thing was that it didn't shatter. I was still using until I noticed the cracks. I was sad because I thought it would last more than a month 😞

The way this phone case was designed makes it extremely hard to press any buttons close to the border of your phone. I have to press extremely hard for the buttons to work and it makes it difficult to type. For reference, I have a new iPhone 12, and I haven’t had any difficulties with my touchscreen before this. Besides that annoyance, it’s a nice phone case and will be good enough.

I like the case but it blocks my signal when not on Wi-Fi I dropped calls left and right can’t load anything on the Internet either

By day 3 there was 4 cracks on the screen. Was not impressed by the item over all….CHEEP JUNK

first off, i would like to state that the case did its job for the most part, i recieved on a friday, went daydrinking the following day, woke up with a cracked case sunday morning. the case did protect my phone yet me being a typical iphone user i decided to keep the broke case on, and followed about my business. following day at work noticed i had 0 reception, and when i did in normal places i would have lte 1-2 bars, i was maybe rocking 3g coverage. not sure if it's the magnets in the case, or what but loss of reception. in addition i purchased another screen protector and had a plastic case around the phone prior to ordering this, had great reception, and the privacy aspect was much lower than the screen protector i previously had installed. overall not worth $20 in my opinion, but what do i know, i am just an average consumer.

So when I received the phone case I was having trouble tapping on the screen because the case was loose. I got in contact with the person who makes them and ships them out and they were so nice and understanding and sent me a new one without any fees. Appreciate it!
