Diane Townsend Thinline Pastels- Set of 16 Reds

Made in pastel heaven, I think.
I have Mussini, and I would cross mountains to get those, and of course, Senniler, which I love for different reasons, obviously soft, buttery, and high quality. I have all sorts of brands, being an artist, I am drawn to experiment. I am so glad I bought these, this set is for a series of Devils I am drawing/painting. Drop dead gorgeous in person pastels. Highly saturated with pigment, a LOT of band for your buck. Solid, yet they go on smooth, and seem to have a lot of "sticking power..." must be the formula, They don't crumble like Mussini, (I am not complaining...) but, the colors are just so bright and unique. There are certain Mussini pastels, in terms of color, I've just not been able to replicate with another brand, and I have a feeling this line is going to be like that. It's nice to get these little sets, because like if you buy a set of 90, even, you won't have quite that many reds. You'll get a lot of colors you are not going to use, too. I am going to use every single one of these. Very high quality. For me reviews are a good way to get info, and talk tech for artists. If you like my review, if it's helpful, please press yes. And, I would love to hear tips or the opinions of others on this product.

Gorgeous array of reds
Reds are very difficult to find in sets of pastels. This selection has some beautiful shades. I was very pleased with my purchase. If you like doing fall landscapes, this set is perfect.
