Nice Quality and does the job simply
Great addition and really nice quality.It did say on the packaging ‘For use with Right handed secateurs only’ which as I’d also got a left handed set was initially concerning however all you need to do is adjust the way you hold the left handed secateurs and I found no issue in sharpening them.Simple to use and produces a really good sharp edge.I’ve also got the diamond sharpener and whilst great for knives the Felco 905 is much easier to use on secateurs and keeps the cutting angel really well.

great product ,very usefull out on the job
great product to have on you if you are using secretares or loppers a lot. can quickly dress your edge if you feel it struggling to cut during the day. I will run this tool along the bald 5-10 times then hit it with a flat grinding stone for 5 seconds to get a fine edge. takes about 1 min to refresh edge and speeds up work a lot, as a landscaper its very appreciated

Brilliant sharpening tool, a must for a faithful friend
This is amazing, used on my old felco 2 and what a difference. I have let my horticultural students try on their brand and worked ok. Good tool for a felco fan.

It works, but the diamond stone is probably more useful
I bought this as the newer offering from Felco. However the sharpening groove is very small and awkward to fit the blade into. I wonder in hindsight if I should have just bought the plain diamond sharpening stone they do as this would have been easier to use to sharpen other tools as well.

One of the best secateur sharpeners.
The Felco 905 is much better than the Felco 903. The 905 can be used on any secateurs and restores the edge of the blade. The 903 can then be used for fine tuning. It was a lightbulb moment when I first used the 905. All my secateurs have been sharpened with the 905. Only a few are Felco as the variety of choice suits my engineer background. Just restored a very damaged Felco 8 with the 905 and some other new spares, but not had to buy the expensive replacement blade as the 905 did the business. Once you have purchased both the 905 and the 903, you will never tolerate blunt secateurs ever again, and wonder why you did for so long......

Not particularly effective and expensive for what it is. Doesn’t make much impact on edge of secateur blades. Much prefer an old fashioned stone sharpener.

best sharpener yet
At last an on-the-go sharpener that easily accesses the blade from the axis. Concurrently de-burs too !!!Well done Felco, thanks.
