Item is used or was returned with cat or dog hair inside skirt! Skirt is cheap not worth the asking price! I am returning it and totally disgusted with the hair!

I ordered two skirts in different colors, both the same size, different manufacturers. One fit perfectly the other, this one was entirely too small. Not sure why there is not a standard for S, M, L, XL sizing. Returned this skirt for a refund.

Fits well
