My unit is not charging, It’s been connected tompower for over an hour and it ia still at 0%

The solution for me was to ACTUALLY use the charger cable that came with the unit: USB-A to USB-C... I tried multiple USB-C to USB-C (for example the plugs that recharge Apple devices), none of which worked, and was ready to give up (and order a new unit), but when I finally used the first without a fast-charger, it did work again without problems.

My unit will not charge, i've tried several cables and charging sources. what's the rma process?

Please change the charging head and cable of 5V, the current is more than 500MA, and please do not use fast charger, do not charge it through your laptop directly to try again. How can i contract the seller. Mine only came with 4 meat probs, it was supposed to have 3 meat probes and a ambiant probe

Mine came w/ 4 meat probes as well, I just use one of meat probe as a ambient probes & I’m happy grilling...

You can set a different temperature setpoint or range for each of the (4) probes. The application will remember the setpoints and ranges so you do not have to enter them each time. Simply select your setpoint or range for each probe.
