definitely not. it is nearly large on me as a 6' 225lb man. i would recommend http://www.amazon.com/Tarantula-Strap-FF-Armguard-Camo/dp/B000LC81E4/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1383500586&sr=8-4&keywords=forearm+guard+archery that one. it wont wrap around the forearm, making it sloppy.

Very lightweight foam-like material. Doesn't make your arm sweaty.

Yes, you receive one arm guard. You would have to specify if you wanted more than one. You really only need a guard for the arm that is holding the bow, the arm pulling the string back is not in danger of being slapped by the string.
