After about 4 years working fine it got broken: first gave only hot water (temp change did not do anything, and knobs were moving weirdly actually since the beginning) and finally the release level spring just broke. I re-ordered same item from same seller as I could not find any similar drop-in replacements, it very quite unique fitting hole configuration and noone else seems to make those. So be aware of lock-in situation. The new 2021 item actually felt a bit better quality and more reliable (which is not that common nowadays) with some minor change. It was super easy to replace without any plumber's help. Works fine so far for a couple of months.

I bought two douche sprays for a customer and water started to leak from the compression joint on the shower head after installation. I replaced the rubber washers but one keeps dripping so customer won't pay the remaining balance until this is resolved. I've used the same type thermostatic valve on other jobs before before with no problems but Not happy with this particular one. Went back to try and fix the leak by changing the rubber washers again but noticed the water was leaking from the metal joint that's factory joined so not repairable. I spoke to Amazon customer service this morning and they said they cannot issue any refund or compensation unless the whole item was sent back, but that means a lot more work for me to dismantle and reinstall so not an option for me. I ended up buying two new shower heads made by GROHE, so hopefully they'll last.

We fitted this product 6 months ago and it has already started leaking.

Had this 10 month and it is now broken the nob to turn has broken and therefore this is unusable now highly disappointing only 10 month in and it breaks will attach a photo showing damage shortly
