How big are the individual lancets?

The overall size of each individual lancet unit is a little bit bigger than the size of a quarter. The needle part is 28g which is super tiny and can barely feel the stick.

are they safe to dispose of just as is after its one time use?

Yes, I still recommend getting a red canister that you would dispose needles in and throw them in there.

0.23mm x 4mm. 32 gauge x5/32. The actual needle you put into your arm is very tiny - a little bit longer than a 1/4 inch Can hardly feel it

What’s the smallest needle 28G or 26G?

28G is smaller than 26G; 30G is smaller than 28G, but sometimes does not do the job when someones' skin is tough. I find 28G very practical as it works on most finger tips. 26G will be bigger and should hurt more.
