very awesome product
Good quality!

This cable worked but with a caveat
This Keyboard/Mouse PS/2 cable DID work. The first time neither keyboard nor cable worked even though I had them aligned with the labels on the cable. I turned off the system and swapped keyboard and mouse - opposite of labels on the splitter and it worked fine. Just wanted to post in case anyone else runs into this. TL;DR: had to swap the cables when it didn't work (see picture)

Good idea!
I have some computers with only one ps/2 connector. This allows me to use both a keyboard and mouse. I also use these as an extension.

Works
Keyboard -> KBD, Mouse -> Mouse, everything just works. Typing through this cable right now. Not sure why others are having issues, maybe a quality control problem, but at least my unit is working as expected.

These never work
I bought this and returned this years ago. It didn't work. Didn't feel like leaving a review, but Amazon is leaving it in my queue until I do so here I am. Tried to use PS/2 keyboard and mouse on multiple boards, did not work. I think either one or the other would work, but I don't remember. I ended up returning it so not like it mattered.
