First, I did have to contact the seller on this item, I received it with another pair of sunglasses I had purchased. My pair ended up having scratches on the rim and on the lens, I was pretty unhappy to say the least. But the customer service was AMAZING! They quickly emailed me and gave me the option of receiving a new pair without sending the damaged ones back. Not long after that I got my new pair unscathed! Plus they look GREAT, fit great and the price was really good for the quality. I recommend to anyone!
