It's helped reduce my pain in under a week!!!!
I'm a guy in his 40s with a painful spur on the back of my ankle. I wear size 13 shoes. I went weeks of walking with it feeling like a bad sunburn being slapped right over the back of my ankle. I've tried other devices that are much bigger and constrained my calf muscles as well as the sides of my feet. I bought this skeptically - buying a Large thinking it would never fit as I don't usually trust size charts. It arrived in a small pouch and is small and flat -- no storing it under the bed like an extra foot cast! I was wrong about the size. The Large fit me perfectly. I can wear it while sleeping and not be uncomfortable while sleeping on my back or on my sides - unlike other splints that did not let me sleep. The adjustable velcro strips on both the back and top are large enough to not pop open when I make a trip to the bathroom in the middle of the night - but it is not meant to walk a lot. Sleeping really was easy and came naturally with this splint. A few days of usage and my pain was diminished upon waking up. Yes that could have happened when wearing ANY split, but I could not get comfortable with the others. This one is the one that I could sleep in and keep on all night long. After a week, I have experienced a significant reduction of my pain. I attribute it to how this device is so comfortable for me to wear when I sleep. I haven't deep cleaned it yet, but even if it gets all sweaty and stinky in a month's usage, at the price here I would be fine buying a new one!

Seems to Work... Though is Incredibly Uncomfortable to Wear Overnight
This actually seems to be helping my plantar fasciitis - Over past few weeks I've seen significant improvement in my condition. That said, I've found this to range from uncomfortable to downright painful to wear overnight. Literally every night I've tried to wear this I wake up around 2 AM from my foot overheating, my toes cramping up, or the brace pinching (for lack of better term) my ankle and other areas. Since wearing over-night has proven impossible for me, I've been wearing for 3-4 hours at a time during the day. After that, same problem with pain from the brace itself. In Summary: โข Does this product seem to alleviate pain from plantar fasciitis -- Yes. โข Have I been able to wear this, even for one night, without waking up in pain from the brace itself - no. Considering this brace is "designed"/advertised to be worn overnight, and I've had many issues with doing so, I can't in good faith give this more than 3โญ๏ธ - I'd give less if I didn't find a way for this to be useful. What's that saying... "no pain no gain"... but seriously, I'm either an outlier in terms of my experience, or this product needs to be better designed if intended to be worn while sleeping or for more than 4 hours at a time.

Best nigh-time brace i've tried.
Had brutal plantar fasciitis. I have bought so many products on amazonโice socks, creams, large braces, small braces, stretching devices, rollers, compression socks, special shoes, arch support pads, arch support air-pads... Its been a lot, and I have barely been able to leave my bed. Luckily I work from home, but even walking to the bathroom hurt. I tried other braces when sleeping, but I need my sleep since I have a lot of work I need to get done during the day. Other braces were uncomfortable, sweaty, hurt my toes, and hurt the top of my foot. I also broke a few. This brace is comfortable, gets a great stretch going, and makes it easy to sleep. Also, it is such a simple device it doesn't feel like i have to do a ton of work to put it on when Im reading or working on my laptop. My advice: Don't put it too tight the first night, it might not feel like a big stretch, but it will after an hour or so. I have woken up the last few days with my feet feeling completely different. I can walk to the bathroom, without even putting my shoes on! I even went to the gym today. This thing was a game changer.

Don't waste your money
After trying other braces that use a bar across the top of the foot I thought this would be better because it doesn't put pressure on the top of your foot. But it doesn't support anything else either. I ordered the size based on the size chart on the manufacturer's website, but they make my big toes hurt because they definitely aren't long enough nor do they have a big enough toe box. I had read the reviews and the responses that they had installed a rigid foot plate to help the brace, but it isn't even half the length (or even width) of the boot, slides everywhere, and offers no actual additional support. In order for it to be tight enough to do anything the ankle strap has to be tighter than is comfortable, the strap of which awkwardly attaches under the velcro for the top of the foot which is bulky and uncomfortable. In order for the toe strap to do anything it has to be extended 3-4 inches past the end of the toe so it gets snagged on sheets, blankets, spouses and as a result keeps you awake at night. Even with it tightened everywhere possible to the point of discomfort the foot still sags because the rest of the material is this strange elastic that doesn't breathe at all. Your feet will sweat more than you ever thought possible. There is literally nothing about these braces that is comfortable or helpful. I hate that I bought 2 of these and am now out that much money...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Good brace. Just didn't fit me right.
There are no easy solutions when it comes to plantar fasciitis. You have to do the work. Stretch your feet every morning and after periods of immobility. You have to wear insoles. But braces at night can do a lot to help. To prevent the plantar fascia from tightening and shortening. In my opinion, there are three options. Hard posterior braces (boot), soft socks, and hybrids like this trying to give the support of a boot but the comfort of a sock with anterior bracing. The goal is the same, to keep you from pointing your toes as you sleep and letting the plantar fascia shrink. You don't need to pursue crazy acute angles, just keep the foot at 90 degrees. Thats why these socks and hybrids work so fine. They allow you more movement intentionally but won't let you completely rest your foot. The hard posterior braces work the best but for many they are clunky and too uncomfortable to wear all night. It drove me crazy and so I didn't wear it, and didn't get better. For the socks and hybrids approaches I urge you to try several and find what works for you. No solution/product fits everyone. I've found the it's the small differences in sizing and positioning of components between brands are what make for a success or failure. Thats why you see in the reviews everyone loves or hates a product. It all depends on how it fits them. I really liked this brace, but ultimately it didn't work for me. The toe box was too big on my foot so it was loose. And I felt it just hyperextended my toes more than my foot/plantar fascia. It was very comfortable otherwise. If you have a bigger foot I think it would work well. Like I said, you just have to try different braces and find the one that fits you the way you need.

Does not seem to work.
I wore this the first night, it seems to be made durable enough. My experience. My toes were tingling the next morning. My heal was in so much pain I could barely walk. I read some information on other web sites that said to not use specificity products like this. I will try to wear it again but I think I made a mistake buying this.

High quality product that really works.
I think this brace really helps with plantar fascitis. I can't wear it and go to sleep, but I can wear it at times when I'm just relaxing, sitting around, etc. I can walk short distances with it on (in the house). The strap on the top can be shortened so that over time you get more of an upward tension on your toes, stretching the plantar fascia. Anyway, using this brace for an hour or so per day, rolling a frozen water bottle under my foot, stretching and cooling the plantar fascia, taking Aleve, and wearing shoes with better arch support, I'm getting better.

The sock works 100 %
This sock worked like a charm, I can say it made me walked normal again, I couldn't put pressure on my heel or wear shoes with heels. No more I wear heels and walked around the house barefooted . I highly recommend this this sock.
