It is a great saying, and so true.
I work with people with mental & physical disabilities, and I have this on the wall of the worksite that I am the supervisor of. It makes them think about their attitude towards getting work and getting better.

It came folded in half
The poster is a little smaller than I thought it would be which is fine, but it was delivered in a envelope and was folded in half so it now has a crease. Funny thing is it would have fit flat in the envelope.
