Pro - they work. I am losing 1/2 lbs each day I am able to exercise longer since my muscle are warmerCons - order 1 to 2 sizes larger. If you wear Women's size 16 or larger order 2 sizes larger Suggestion: After each use I place them on the shower floor when I am showering. Squeeze soap on them and rinse. I hang them on pants hanger to dry in shower

Probably. I will not be able to fit into the xl for several months. The material stretches, but not very much.

Q: High waist or hip? Size 31 in jeans what size?

I wear a 31-32 and ordered an XL and it was TOO big. I also comes up high on your waist and I have no hips so it felt very award and was very baggie in the hips, thighs and rear areas.
