I really like these BaBan scissors they are best so far, the cut is clean and straight I appreciate how comfortable they feel in my hand the purchase of many scissors as turned my attention to these and I am so happy about my purchase of these BaBan scissors. I sew a lot and its very important to me to feel good and confident about the tools I use, when cutting material is necessary in a moments notice I want to be able to grab a reliable tool to quickly get back to my project, sometimes the pattern used is a tight fit with no room for mistakes the scissors used must be reliable for the close and clean cut, I found that in these they feel good comfortable clean cut and sharp, so far so good and for the price I am glad these are in my sewing room, try them in yours it never hurts to try something if you think it will make your job easier right? For the price, it's definitely better than okay. I needed this for one purpose/project: to sew some slip covers for my ottomans. I read somewhere that cutting fabric with these would minimize fraying. So instead of just cutting the inside of the slip covers with plain straight cuts, i decided to invest a little on these. Only downside is it's not good for people who have smaller hands, it's also a little bit tight so it requires a little bit of effort to use. It's still a solid piece and cuts with precision.

These are great! When I first got them in the package, they looked and felt not great quality (which, for the price in comparison to others for this product, I sort of expected), but still pretty decent. I did worry that they wouldn't cut the flannel that I bought them for - but they cut perfectly! No problems at all. The only thing I don't like is that cutting hurt my fingers that were in the grips after a while (I was cutting for about 30+ minutes), but I really won't use them that often, so it's not enough to make me take away a star. I'd highly recommend these for cutting fabrics!

This is a nice, solid pair of pinking shears at a very reasonable price. I figured if they weren't good quality, I'd spend the money and buy a better pair, but I didn't have to.I don't find them huge, as other reviewers have suggested. They're smaller than the pair my mother used in the 1950s, and hers wasn't covered with comfortable plastic grips. The shears were stiff when I first got them, but after I oiled them, they're much better. They've done a good job cutting through heavy cotton fabric as well as several layers of fabric with interfacing applied. I'm happy with them.

Nice pinking shears! I used these to cut ripstop nylon fabric for a project, and they worked very well. The fabric had been fraying as it was cut with straight shears when I ordered it, but the pinking shears significantly reduced the fraying and made the fabric much easier to work with. These shears felt comfortable in my hand (and a bit heavy, which is not a bad thing), and were a very reasonable price. Sharp out of the box. These were just what I needed for my project, and I am sure to have use of them for other projects as well.

I loved these scissors! I'm taking interior design classes, and a lot of our projects require us cutting samples down into a smaller size. These scissors gave all of my samples a nice, crisp wavy edge, and really helped to minimize fraying, especially on more difficult fabrics. Like other reviewers said, they are a bit stiff to use in the beginning, but I didn't mind that too much. They do loosen up comfortably over time, but still give you a nice sense of weight with them.

My handles came dirty like other reviewers said but they cut like a dream. They have a nice weight in your hand and appear nicely made. So far I'm very, very pleased.

These are exactly what I needed for cutting up cloth samples. I sell Norwex and like to give my customers samples of the cloths. This allows me to do that without worrying about fraying edges. Pretty solid shears and they cut really well. They are also comfortable which was important to me.

Really sharp, blades feel tight and sturdy. Far superior to the pair i bought for the same price and subsequently returned to Hobbycraft which chewed the fabric. Brilliant value for money, fast delivery. No complaints 👌

The good point is that they cut very wellThe bad points: a little to bulky, heavy if you want to use them very often. I only use them occasionaly so I am fine.Good value for money: if you want to use these kind of scissors occasionaly but do not want to have to buy really expensive one. The green rubber handle are nice in colour but am not too keen in the feel of the white rubber inside the finger handles, maybe it is to give it more grip.These are made in China and come in a cardboard box.

Great pinking shears. I was a little concerned when ordering these due to the mixed reviews but I took the chance anyway. I love mine, sturdy, sharp and good quality. Mine are excellent so from my experience I would definitely recommend

Cuts material beautifully, comfy to use. Nice green colour handle. Great for sewing projects. Used to cut strips for my rag wreath -easily cut thru 4 layers of poly cotton

Really great quality scissors. Just love them. I have quite chubby fingers and the handle is quite big so I can hold it comfortably and not squeeze my fingers in there. It cuts thru material well even cuts with ease thru few layers. Would definitely recommend.
