Quality product, made from the fruiting body. I felt a bit high the first time taking it, but I’ve never read where anyone else has experienced that, so maybe it’s just my own body chemistry. Definitely a calming effect as well. Is it the mushroom of immortality? I don’t know.

Felt relaxed
Starting open capsule and putting into my night time tea. Loved it! Relaxed but in a very gentle way. I’ve tried all the herbs, and this one might be in my top 5.

Helped Reduce Cortisol Levels
I started taking these daily in the evening and it helped me improve my sleep. Anecdotally when I pulled my latest lab panel, my cortisol levels were within range (due to the improved sleep and recovery).

Not big on pills…
I am working on reducing my coffee intake so I open up a capsule in hot water and add a drop or two of stevia and it feels like coffee but no caffeine!

Haven’t taken it long enough to determine what is does. However the capsules smell good to me & that is usually a good sign.

the fruiting body really makes a difference
Bought these because they're extracted from the fruiting body and obviously the price but I do notice a difference when compared to the mycelium based Reishi that Ive been supplementing with for the past 6-8 months. I wake up with anxiety which carries out throughout the day and it's much much more manageable now.
