Not very useful as an alternative to wheat flour
Tried to make muffins and chapatis. Both items left a gritty and tough texture after cookingChapatis we're hard like papad

Pleasantly surprised
Used this for the first time to make gluten free chocolate chip cookies and was a bit unsure of what to expect. But they taste awesome and it’s like following a regular recipe.

Not really all purpose flour
This was a weird product...my mom asked me whether it is really maida ? It felt and looked like sooji , tried baking with it , it felt very crumbly and just weird , this isn’t all purpose flour at all , pls don’t buy , couldn’t make any dish properly and it tasted bad , maybe this is why they made it compulsory to buy minimum 2 packets Bcuz it’s really bad .. don’t buy

Nice flour for celiac and gluten intolerant people
Don't mind the first few comments critisizing this flour for being gluten free. Its a good quality flour, amazing taste, doesn't feel different than normal flours.Since this flour doesn't contain gluten, when you'll knead it, it won't come & together be sticky just like a regular flour. It'll be crumbly after you knead it because it has no gluten in it.And the cooked product would be less spongier than we get after cooking flour containing gluten. As a gluten intolerant person, i am so happy that this is in existence.

Bad Product
I purchased 2 half kg packets but the maida had worms in it when I opened the packet so I had to throw it away - what a waste of money and disappointing from a company like Urban Platter
