This product has had limited usefulness for me. I bought it because the "as seen on tv" version worked so well. The tv version actually worked better than this one. There many materials this just won't stick to, and if you're looking for something that will hold together under any pressure, you would be better off with some kind of super glue or epoxy. It's rather slow to harden with the uv light that was recommended to purchase with it, and there is often a greasy and unpleasant-smelling film left over after hardening.

This stuff is amazing. Seems like magic. I bought it to affix a light pipe and a LED into my project housing and it worked amazingly well. This stuff is rock hard and crystal clear when cured. It is super easy to work with, you just need a good UV light. Only thing to not is that the curing reaction is exothermic and can get kinda warm, not crazy hot or anything but something to be aware of. The reaction also produces a tiny bit of smoke so don't be concerned(like a wisp or two). And it has to be a situation where the UV light can penetrate.

This glue neither hardened under 3 different types of UV light, each held for MINUTES of time with no avail. None of the items I tried to stick together with this glue held (plastic/plastic, leather/leather, rubber/rubber, and plastic/metal). Further adding insult to injury, I found that this sub-vendor of Amazon charged me a $4.00 restocking-fee for a $15.00 product (26.67%).I strongly advise against wasting your money on this Xfactor Liquid LOCK, especially since they charge a 27% restocking fee for a nearly full bottle of worthless tacky fluid that is messy to clean up after it doesn't harden.NOTE: I subsequently purchased the product that is advertised on the common TV commercial which comes with a cheap UV light on one end of a pen-like device that has the UV glue on the opposite side of the pen. I tested that product with each of the 3 different UV light sources I tried on Xfactor Liquid LOCK, and in each case the cheap TV product hardened and held the glued objects above securely, without leaving a tacky mess to clean.

The glue hasn't worked on 2 items I tried to glue. Plastic on 2 different things, it does not grab. I don't know what's the deal it just doesn't work. I did try another uv glue on glass and it held it down. This failed to hold a car mirror and box fan.

I have used this product and can attest that is works as advertised. it works as good if not better than laserbond and I have tried both. I recommend this product to anyone who needs a larger volume of great UV glue than you get with laserbond, bondit, and rapid fix. Glue works but leaves oily residue even after hours of exposure to UV. Adhesive is less brittle than some UV glues but cure time is longer too.

UV glue solves the problem of, "I just need a drop of glue, but I need it cured right away." No more the mess of mixing 5 minute epoxy and wasting more than you use. XFactor really works well. I bought 50 mL and when it runs out, I'll buy more. Great product!
