"Just" does what it suppose to., it hairline almost doesn't fit and its way to snug. Installation was troublesome because of snug it is, doesn't matter on what 2.5 drive put into it still way to snug. The positive was the turn around time with shipping.

These are all-plastic, but do the job. Couldn't beat the price.

Had a caddy that required a little piece of tape to to keep handle down and gave this a try. It was a perfect replacement. If you are cautious you can even relocate the drive size sticker from the old to the new and you can't even tell that it is any different from the other trays in the array.

The legs are made of plastic.

Don't believe the description! In description is written that it is for ssd caddy, but it's not! This caddy is for HDD disks! One more thing: I returned this item 4 days ago a d still didn't get any refund!

The four caddies seem "flimsy" without any drives in them, they fit perfectly inside my Dell R720 server. The box comes with four caddies and each caddy has a small baggie of four hard drive screws! Don't loose the screws because if you do, then you'll have to find four replacement ones to attach the drives with. Once the drives are secured in the caddy, it slides in perfectly like an OE one. It also has the two "light pipes" to show you the status of the drive when the machine is on. The locking latch button feels solid. The release button has a nice solid feel. The latching lever springs out quickly and when you tug on it to slide the caddy out, it does not feel like it's going to break. Everything fits into the server smoothly with no binding or rough spots. When you push the lever in, it engages into the server solidly and the lever locks with a nice satisfying click! The only down side is that there are no "capacity stickers" that come with the caddy. No points off for that as they have no idea what kind (SAS or SATA) nor the capacity of the drive you're going to put into it. It does have the little "sim card looking recess" where the capacity sticker goes so if you do have them, it should fit.
