Very sturdy and fairly easy to put together, but they should have shipped the wheels disassembled. It is pretty much impossible to attach the wheels without taking them apart to attach the base bolt first. Other than that, very solid product that holds my 35+ chairs with ease and rolls without much effort.

The actual chair truck is a 5-star rating. It is very sturdy and holds our metal chairs with ease. It has been a great addition to my fiance's company as it makes chair transport much quicker. The 3-star score is because of poor packaging, missing parts, and terrible customer service. The item was so poorly packaged, that the box had such severe damage in three different spots that one of the wheels and none of the hardware to put it together made it to us. This was a gift for my fiance's business for his birthday, and he had to spend 2 hours on the phone figuring out who to contact. After finally getting an e-mail address, once the auto-generated response came there was no follow-up e-mail from the company apologizing or telling us anything at all about what their plan was. We just ended up getting a wheel and hardware in the mail 4 days later. So if you order from this company expect damage to your purchase and be prepared to store huge pieces that make up the frame of this item until they send you replacement parts because T&D Enterprises has no idea how to package their inventory for shipping. Or you could just order from another vendor and save yourself a little time and a lot of frustration.

The product, although still not usable because parts were lost during shipping, seems to be just what our church hall needs. It has taken three tries to get a deliverable shipment as all previous packaging fell apart. This time we were able to accept delivery but are missing three parts, one being a caster, so the product is still not usable over a month after it was ordered. The company has worked with us on reshipments but it has been a SLOW process. I have not gotten a response from them on the missing parts yet.

Works as advertised. Easy to assemble. Holds a lot of chairs. Rolls easily even when fully loaded. We needed to get it through a narrow door and were able to do so if we took the door off the hinges.

This rack is really great and sturdy! Looks nice! It is although really big and doesn't fit through doors easily, something to keep in mind. I did have a problem with the fact that I did not have those exact folding chairs that are in the picture. We had IKEA fold out chairs and so the rack did not work to use the bottom portion of the rack. Ours hung down all the way just above the bottom rack cutting it off to put any chairs on the bottom. They did although all fit on the top including using the very very edge, (we had 50 chairs), and I can drape the extra couple of chairs on the side, but they hang at an angle of course. We keep it in our copy room and have a piece of furniture underneath that we put our reams of copy paper in which is convenient, so not using the bottom is okay for us. Just beware that the folding chair you have will work on this rack. And, it made our copy room look a WHOLE lot nicer than before! My boss said it was his new favorite piece of furniture in the office!
