It’s perfect for travel or for everyday use at home without worrying about cords or outlets.
I love that it’s cordless and comes with its own travel bag. It includes multiple attachments for oral cleaning and three speed settings, which makes it very practical and easy to use. It has an excellent presentation, works really well, and helps clean areas where a regular toothbrush can’t reach. In my opinion, the overall quality and performance make it well worth the investment.

A must have tool for dental care !!
This is a practical water flosser that comes with extra pics and a traveling pouch / case! It gives you cleaner teeth, healthier gums, makes flossing easier. it’s worth the investment and especially if you want simple, effective, low fuss oral care. It comes with 4 water piks, a travel case, travel pouch, charger. The tank is a bit bigger than the original one! I love the black sleek look it has! I notice my gums don’t bleed now when I floss!! A great addition to have !!

Works well
It’s fairly compact. Easier to travel with than the standard water pic. Pressure doesn’t seem as strong, but it does the tricj

Powerful, easy to use & perfect for travel
I’m really happy with this Waterpik! It’s very easy to use, powerful, and leaves my teeth and gums feeling super clean. I love that it’s cordless and waterproof, so I can use it in the shower. The pressure settings are great (I started on low and moved up), and the different tips are really helpful. Battery lasts a long time and it comes with a nice travel bag, which is perfect for trips. Great quality and definitely worth the price!

Great alternative to floss
My 15 year-old waterpik finally bit the dust so this was the replacement. I do like the cordless even though it holds a lot less water than the older tank style versions most times I find it holds plenty of water for as much as I need to do and if I need to go a second round it only takes seconds to refill the water. This has a plug-in charger that has a magnetic grip easy to recharge when needed although you shouldn’t have to recharge often. I like my first model this has three different speeds or levels of pressure. Usually medium works well although I have used the highest setting occasionally. My teeth are very close together and even using that flat floss I find that it’s difficult to get floss in between some of my teeth so I’ve always liked to use a water pic and because of limited counter space I started using the handheld version instead of the original style. This is very easy to travel with it is light weight when empty. Very easy to use and clean and the waterpik brand is one that I would definitely recommend. There are other brands that are a little more trendy at the moment but when you look at them the companies are only in business for a short while or make 1000 other products. Waterpik has been around as long as I can remember and are definitely high-quality.

Hopeful but cautious.
OK. So our dental hygenist said to order this specific waterpik. She suggested using it in the shower like she and her family did. She referred to it as waterproof. Sounded good to me. So I went to Amazon (my go-to for all shopping). The Waterpik ad said it was waterproof and could be used in the shower. Confirmation I was on the right track. So I ordered it. When I opened the directions, I searched for the "waterproof" rating. All I found was a warning NOT TO IMMERSE IN WATER. Yikes. So I packed it for return but decided to ask Rufus a question regarding this. I was told that it IS safe for use in the shower, but warned not to run the main motorized part in the dishwasher or immerse in the tub or sink. So waterproof is not really water--p-r-o-o-f. It is water resistant. We'll give it a try. Hopefully, the hygenist is correct and I won't be just throwing away $71.00. `Update: Note that these apparently come fully charged. I almost returned it when the charging light didn't go on, but they have a very good & prompt phone customer service. I was told that if fully charged the the charging status light doesn't go on. Good to know but not in the directions. I also hd difficulty figuring out how to attach the charger. There is no plug in port--which is why you can take it into the shower. The charger is magnetic but try as I could, I couldn't find out where to place it. It has to go right over the waterpik name on the front. And it MUST be face up. If face down it will not attach. Not sure why--but no mention of any of this in the directions. So again, this almost went back. But the customer service did clarify.

Works OK, But Not User Friendly
I returned this product. It seems to do a good job of cleaning between the teeth. However, I found it awkward to use. 1. It is kind of bulky to move around in the mouth, compared to the countertop flossers that use a much smaller tube. 2. It is easy to press the on/off or power level buttons while using the device, either turning it off mid-use or changing the level. Since you can't see these while using it, it's hard to remedy the problem without stopping and removing it from the mouth, and 3. The water tank has a capacity of only 45 seconds which I found not to be enough to clean all 4 quadrants of my mouth. And, it gets kind of messy in use, so I did not want to have to refill it to complete the job. I wanted to like this, but have traded it in for a countertop model.

Great product which saved me from major gum surgery, but.....It has one big flaw!
I purchased this advanced cordless model for two reasons: 1. I didn't want a big bulky unit with tubes and wires cluttering my bathroom 2. Needed a waterpik that could be used while travelling This is a truly fantastic product which ultimately sorted out my gum disease and prevented major gum surgery. My periodontist was so amazed when I saw him and did a double take when he read in the file that I had last seen him 6 months previously! He hardly had any work to do I have been using this since the beginning of October 2017 The first time I used it, it alternated between tickling my gums and feeling like there were needles attacking my mouth! I couldn't finish my whole mouth due to this and my gums were bleeding in a few places I was unprepared for the PULSING water as I assumed it was just a steady stream of water One needs to persevere, as your mouth needs to get used to the waterpik sensations. It took about a week to get used to it and during this time my gums still bled. Over time, the bleeding got less and less and eventually stopped altogether as did my swollen gums First Impressions It was bit bulkier than it looks in the pictures I had to start on the LOW setting as the water pressure is quite strong After a month, I have moved to MEDIUM and am now on HIGH Some reviews have mentioned that they feel that the pressure is not strong enough, but it seems that the measure is compared to the plug in model which is understandably more powerful Having said that, I don't think that I personally could handle more pressure as on occasion, if one points the nozzle incorrectly on the gums, it still can feel like needles on the gums but this is very rare (The pressure of this portable model is approximately 75psi) The little flap where you fill the reservoir doesn't seem to be too tight when you first use it, but it works like a charm and water doesn't leak out The buttons are well positioned and one doesn't push them by mistake At first, it was quite difficult to do the inside of my teeth, until I realised that the nozzle swivels, which made all the difference In terms of travelling, it is supplied with a grey plastic "blocker" which is inserted in place of the nozzle. This prevents residual water from leaking out It is quite difficult to empty ALL the water out of it, so when travelling, ensure that it is put in a Ziploc bag as there will be a small amount of water that will leak out I use dental floss before using the waterpik. There is no special reason for this, other than I am used to using dental floss anyway and feel that this assists in removing plaque from the sides of the teeth The reservoir holds a fair amount of water (I suppose that there has to be a balance between size and capacity) I fill up between 3 or 4 times during a session which is very easy to do Although there are third party generic hard cases available, it would be nice if Waterpik had a custom hard case as an option which would be larger at one end and narrower at the other end so as not to cause unnecessary bulk in your suitcase. A hard case is a necessity as otherwise the buttons will be pressed and the likelihood of the unit being cracked or broken when you take it out of your suitcase is quite high PROS Portable Efficient Wireless charging (more on that below) Does a fantastic job 3 pressure levels Ergonomic fit to your hand CONS No proper hard case Unintelligent battery - big issue Unable to empty it completely so a small amount of water leaks out when travelling BIG FLAW!!!! The reason for only four stars is that the battery is very old technology in that if you charge it for more than four hours, the battery overcharges and will no longer hold a charge which renders the Waterpik useless One would expect that with the technology available today, the battery shouldn't be a problem, but it is It is mentioned in the user manual, but it is not highlighted and the consequences are not explained Waterpik really need to address this issue as it has the potential to damage their reputation It is worth paying a few dollars extra not to have this issue To charge the unit, place the magnetic charger on the body near the bottom (the charger is magnetised and will automatically attach to the correct spot) and it starts charging, BUT you have to remember to remove the charger as soon as its charged (about four hours), which is not convenient at all CONCLUSION Despite the battery/charging issue, I think that this is a fantastic product but would ONLY recommend it if you are willing to put up with and manage the charging of it It would really be nice if Waterpik would comment and clarify the issue
