These little guys are actually excellent! They keep the doors from making excessive noise... which is especially important when you have 2 young kids. Plus, the kids can open the doors easily so I don't have to worry about them getting stuck in their room at night.

These are excellent. We have two littles and sneaking in and out of their rooms when they fall asleep is like walking on egg shells. These make it so much easier. You don’t have to turn a creaky doorknob and the door closed smoothly, not a peep. Game changer.

I will be repurchasing, we have had ours for at least a year now and they are durable, my little one does know how to remove it from the handle so when it stretches out the elastic breaks which is understandable! They do definitely help with slamming doors when the little one is sleeping!

Very effective. You can still hear the bolt clicking across the plate through the fabric of this thing, so four stars but is still a good product. Use on children's doors and ours. Recommend

I went online desperately hoping a product existed that would quiet/soften a door slam. My children's bedrooms are close to one another, and they were waking each other in middle of the night/early in the morning when going to-and-from the bathroom because their doors are so loud when opening/shutting. I was hesitant that these would work for us due to mixed reviews, but they have done the trick! The doors are SO quiet when shutting now, and these are easy to put and remove as needed. Highly recommend.

These little things have helped us out a lot. My 4 year old will get up in the middle of the night sometimes and come into my bed but always wakes her 2 year old sister up when she closes the door behind her from the door latch snapping. These have eliminated that issue and for the little money they cost it’s a no brainer

They work fine but just aren’t as good of a quality as the others I’ve gotten from other sellers. My mine complaint is they are looser and slip back and forth BUT they definitely do what they are intended to do so that’s good. I use they not only for noise but it also is helpful on the playroom door so that my child can open it up on her own and doesn’t get locked in there if she shuts the door.

Due to our house settling badly, some of our doors no longer "latch" when you close them. After several attempts to adjust the striker plates, we gave up and looked for alternative solutions. We have tried several similar products (including one that was entirely rubber). This brand has worked the best, is easiest to install/remove, and we can use multiples at one time when the door needs a little more "resistance" in order to stay closed when curious kitties try to open the doors to join us. One of our doors we only needed to use one of these (required 3 of the rubber ones that were difficult to put on/remove), and another door requires three to obtain the necessary thickness. Thankfully this set has 6, so we still have a couple of extras for when/if they are needed. Bonus (for us at least) is that they allow the door to close quietly.

Used these in an apartment to prevent the door noise travelling to another unit (terrible soundproofing), and it has made a huge difference.They took well to fabric paint, to match the door, so that was a pleasant finding, as well. No more door slams!

Terrible.I now can’t close my door with it in so a total waste. So annoyed and upset I’ve wasted my money.I would not recommend.

Does the job

So I wanted something to stop the door from slamming. My son who has autism likes to slam the doors when he is upset. This works perfectly. It’s such a simple product that it makes you ask why you didn’t think of it yourself. It basically just acts like a cushion near so when you close the door there is a pad in between the door handles so it’s impossible to slam the door shut. Works exactly the way I need it to.

Delighted with these!! Helped to ease the stress of my dad slamming doors in my house over Christmas!
