This is a very nice little stool. I use it as a plant stand and it works perfectly. It's well made and quite sturdy. I'm sure it would be great to use for a child to sit on as well. I like that it arrived assembled and I didn't have to fuss with putting it together.

Just got two of these. Love these sturdy little stools. Great for our toddlers table. I can even sit on it and it doesn’t break. Perfect. Will likely purchase two more.

Solid made well

I needed a stool to use to reach things on high cabinet shelves. This one is very pretty and sturdy. I got it in "chocolate"- the wood grain is nice as is the color. It doesn't seem to have a real "finish" on it, so I rubbed beeswax polish on it and it now has a lovely shine. It seems to be sturdy, and is not at all tippy- sit's on the floor nicely. There are felt pads on the bottom of each leg. I think it will do the job nicely for me as as step stool. The big disappointment was that I thought it was made in the USA...on the box, it says "Proudly made of USA hardwoods" in big letters, but in small letters says "Made in the PRC" which of course is the People's Republic of China. Seems a waste that USA hardwood is sent to China to be made into stools and then sent back here. Why not have American workers make these little stools right here in a factory in the USA?? So as I said, learning that was a disappointment. I'm going to keep it anyway, as I searched for "made in USA" stools and couldn't find one I liked. Even tried to find an Amish made one, but all the ones I saw were bulky/weird. Even though this stool was NOT made in the USA, I do really find it attractive, and I'm glad I got one that didn't have any weird dark woodgrain streaks in it or anything like that. The grain of the wood is nice and even, and that made me happy!

Very high quality stool. Nothing to assemble. Perfect for around the house…. I use it all the time.
