Figured to give this a try after reading up a bit about it and thyroid function. Easy to add to water and no big deal with taste. Will buy it again.

I read all these reviews about iodine for skin care and removal of skin lesions. After using it for weeks to remove some growths, I can honestly tell you that you will be disappointed. I'm not even convinced it's safe.

This is not a 5% solution, I compared this to 5% from J. Crowes by putting measured amount of drops into 4 oz water. The intensity of the color equals the concentration of the iodine. It took about 5 times as many drops of this iodine to equal the color of J. Crowe.(the gold standard) I also compared it to another brand of a 5% Lugols and the results were the same. I also compared it to the 5% made in Germany one- that one was more a 10 to 15% solution, it is no wonder that one lady reviewer had a very bad reaction. It is critical to know the actual concentration of Lugols when treating certain maladies-these people ought to be put in jail. Just for the record, I am a retired Microbiologist and used to make Lugols in the laboratory so I know what I am talking about. This is a very weak solution, less than 1%, buyer beware.

This iodine is a good quality iodine. I recently have been researching iodine and felt that maybe I could use a little extra. I sometimes feel foggy. I am not sure if this will help but I think it will. From what I read iodine is important and does help with memory problems . I am also hoping it helps with fatigue that I feel often. I love that it is made here in America too, that makes me trust it even more. They say you should try a couple drops at first and see how you feel. I don't feel much yet so I will up the dose to 3 or 4 drops starting tomorrow. I do think this bottle will last a long time. I did receive this product at a reduced price to give my honest opinion and that is what I have done!! Thank you!!

One is given NO information beyond the near meaningless 5% what you are getting, neither on the bottle or the ordering webpage's Product Description. Without knowing the mcg/mg per drop I don't know how to use this. I found one seller who at least gave this info in Product Description so will go with them next time.

Amazing product just make sure and detox with the salt water for 7 days otherwise u will experience really bad headaches
